All Stéya products are handcrafted and made to order

Please note that production begins only after your order has been placed. 

Processing time 

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the level of customization and current order volume 
  • As each item is made individually processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 

Shipping Destinations

  • European Union countries 

If you are located outside the EU and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time 

Orders are shipped via DHL or a comparable shipping provider. 

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch): 

  • Germany: 1-3 business days 
  • EU countries: 3-7 business days 

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and external factors beyond our control. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • destination country 
  • package size and weight 

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase. 

Customs & Duties (EU)

For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply

Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information where available. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Important Notes 

Handmade products may show slight variations in colour, texture or finish, which are a natural part of the crafting process and not considered defects. 

Shipping delays caused by postal services or customs are beyond our control.
