Right of Withdrawal
Consumer generally have a right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law.
However, this right does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are made to order or personalized, including but not limited to:
- custom colour selections
- special size requests
- personalized design elements
- optional charms or custom hardware
As all Stéya bags and products are handcrafted individually based on the customer's selected options, they are considered personalized goods within the meaning of Article 16 (c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
For this reason, the right of withdrawal is excluded once production has started.
Defective or incorrect items
This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective goods, damage during transport, or incorrect items delivered.

Returns
Returns are only accepted in cases of defects or errors on our part. Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you promtly.
Additional note
Each Stéya piece is handcrafted with care. Minor variations in colour, texture or finish are a natural result of the handmade process and do not constitute defects.
